Account Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your Which One is AI? account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to info@genysolutions.tech
- Use the subject line: DELETE ACCOUNT
- Include in your email:
- Your registered username OR
- The email address associated with your Which One is AI? account
- We will process your request within 7-10 business days and send you a confirmation email
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Account Information: Email address, username, profile details, and authentication credentials
- Game Data: Your scores, achievements, game history, and statistics
- User Content: Any content you created or uploaded to the platform
- Activity Data: Your usage history and activity logs
- User Preferences: Notification settings and personalized preferences
- Device Information: Device identifiers and associated device data
Data Retention & Exceptions
Please note the following retention policies:
- Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, de-identified usage data used for research and app improvement may be retained. This data cannot be traced back to you.
- Legal Compliance: We may retain certain data if required by law, for fraud prevention, or to comply with legal obligations (typically for 90 days after deletion request).
- Backup Systems: Data in backup systems will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.
- Third-Party Services: Data shared with analytics providers (Google Analytics) will be removed according to their retention policies, typically within 30 days.
Important Notes
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
You will lose access to:
- All saved game data, scores, and achievements
- Your gameplay history and statistics
- Any content you've created
- Premium features and subscription benefits (no refunds)
Alternative: Temporarily Deactivate Your Account
If you're not ready for permanent deletion, you can temporarily deactivate your account within the app:
- Open the Which One is AI? app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Select "Deactivate Account"
Deactivated accounts can be reactivated by logging in again within 30 days.
